Elaine was my very first hire at the Legal Examiner and from that day forward, I could not believe how lucky I was. She came recommended by a mutual former colleague, and she was everything I could have expected and more. She’s a top-notch reporter and writer. She never failed to have a terrific story list that was always overflowing, to the point she could be generous with her ideas and share them with other team members.
